Tiffany was an absolute pleasure to work with when finding our home in Omaha. Her expertise in every aspect of the transaction was incredible. My wife and I had recently relocated to the area and we had very little market knowledge of what areas of town would best fit us. Tiffany identified our "wants" in a home and found pockets of town that best fit our family, careers, and lifestyle. She also had the patience to look at 30+ homes with us (she had so much patience!!!). It's been over a year since we closed and Tiffany is still a real estate resource for us. I cannot overstate how impressed we were with Tiffany! She helped us purchase a home we loved at a fair price in a sellers' market. We visited over 20 homes and rather than ever trying to get us to "settle" she continued to actively point out things that might deter us from buying a particular house because she truly wanted us to love our home! The house we bought was not even actively on the market but because she diligently followed up on a lead, we were able to snatch it up when the sale fell through. She has also provided us with great referrals for having work done to the house after purchase. There are many great realtors in Omaha but I assure you cannot go wrong with Tiffany!

When I determined I needed to sell my house I contacted Tiffany through some marketing material I received from her. What a great decision that turned out to be. Tiffany took the time to answer all my questions and explain the entire process along with what we should expect throughout. Anytime I had a question she was quick to respond as if I was her only client. I especially appreciated the collaborative approach she took during the listing and negotiation process over an I'm the expert and this is what we should do. I truly felt I was in good hands and she has a customer for life!
