Tiffany was fantastic during the whole process of selling our home. She was professional, took care of everything, and always prompt in her responses. She helped stage our home, and we had 4 offers within the first 24 hours. Tiffany helped explain the offers down to the smallest of details. It was an overall smooth process. I would highly recommended Tiffany for your home buying/selling needs!

I cannot overstate how impressed we were with Tiffany! She helped us purchase a home we loved at a fair price in a sellers' market. We visited over 20 homes and rather than ever trying to get us to "settle" she continued to actively point out things that might deter us from buying a particular house because she truly wanted us to love our home! The house we bought was not even actively on the market but because she diligently followed up on a lead, we were able to snatch it up when the sale fell through. She has also provided us with great referrals for having work done to the house after purchase. There are many great realtors in Omaha but I assure you cannot go wrong with Tiffany!

We were a pain in the butt (huge geographic and price range, changed our mind several times), and Tiffany consistently went above and beyond. She was patient, kind, objective, and helpful. She was always quick to respond, and went out of her way to understand where we were coming from and make the process easier for us. We highly recommend her!
